Neill Lawson-Smith
Neill Lawson-Smith has worked in technology for over 35 years and been seriously involved in IT-driven video/streaming in the last few years after selling his IT business and qualifying as a Level 1 Pickleball Coach and Level 2 Referee.
He has streamed both nationally and internationally and bought his technical skills to deliver cutting edge delivery of high quality video, audio and computer generated graphics. He has particularly enjoyed bringing new and fresh ideas to the event production for other platforms before joining Tim & the Team at Dink.Vision.
Neill is an active pickleball player and loves to pick up on capturing all levels of pickleball for others to enjoy, and use that to both entertain and help others learn from each other in a competitive environment.
Tim Spurway
Tim has been streaming pickleball events since early 2025, bringing a strong combination of technical expertise and graphic design experience to his work. He has streamed and provided commentary for some of the UK and Europe’s leading pickleball tournaments, including the English Open, English Nationals and the Road to Arlberg Finals.
Alongside his broadcasting experience, Tim brings valuable insight as an experienced event director, having organised major events including the Exeter Cup, Team Championships and Grand Slam. This combination of technical, creative and event management experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on delivering high-quality pickleball events and broadcasts..
